Tonkin Recovery were amazing, great customer service and very professional.

I broke down on my own yesterday and my LV breakdown service sent these guys out, first a mechanic and van and then a car transporter to take my car to a garage. Both of the men who came to help were friendly, cheerful and very pleasant. They were kind and treated me like an intelligent human being. The mechanic very kindly explained what the problem was and gave me clear instructions on what to do. he also ensured that I could stay warm and dry whio waitingf or the tow truck and for my husband to arrive to drive me home. I'm sorry that I didn't get the names of either of these men but they deserve thanks and recognition for their excellent conduct.

I broke down on Holiday in marshgate north Cornwall just wanted to say a big thank you for Tonkin sending out a technician named Jason very quick at what he did retrieving my car keys which I dropped down my engine on my range rover sport 4.2 supercharged.

I break down a lot and my insurance company sends these guys out always helpful and friendly.
