Most rudest customer services from a store that I make a lot of purchases from. Told I could not get a refund for products that they would not give me at the counter after ordering online, even though the products were in my company name.

Rude staff, spoken to abruptly a couple of times and even one member of staff shouting at me to wait 'couldn't I see she was busy' after I greeted her.

I prefer going to Toolstation rather than Screwfix because it's more open, bright and welcoming. The prices in Toolstation are a lot cheaper than Screwfix, but I wish Toolstation had more quality brand tools like Stanley and Dewalt. The staff in Toolstation are excellent and go above and beyond to help, apart from that little little guy with the blonde hair. He's sarcastic, rude and condescending. Instead of helping you if you're having problems with something, he gets all sarcastic and talks to you like you're stupid. I would have given Toolstation 5 stars but they lose a star because of him and lose another for not having more quality tools.
