Used to be good but when you ask for something that's in stock and your told it's been put away in the wrong place so sorry you can't have it just because the person is to lazy to have a look for it come on how hard can that be then you ask same person can you order this for me she then says you have to do it yourself we can't order anything online but next day we asked another gentleman he said he could have done it so please if you don't want to work then give the job to someone who does so screwfix from now on sorry but grimsby store is going down hill

Lisa and her staff are very efficient and helpful, and the store has adequate stock levels. Good place to trade.
