Shocking customer service, found the staff member incompetent and very rude, not very helpful at all, needed advice on a switch but got nothing but poor advice, and even that was like they had the world on their shoulders and were doing you a favour!
Will not ever shop at this store again and will make sure friends and family follow.
I used to spend considerable amount of money in these stores due to my
Building business, Toolstation have now lost!
