No problem at branch but call centre needs to get a grip!

I visited the store on Sunday 20th Nov. I was greeted by an exceptionally rude member of staff named Donna. She didn't want to offer any help. Her first response being tell me you know what you want. She then even pulled a rude face when I responded I couldn't find what I wanted online and needed some help. She has Terrible customer service. I've even witnessed her rudeness to other customers on several occasions. It's simple if you don't want to be there find another more suitable job. I know only use screwfix. I won't be returning to this store anytime in the near future.

Great alternative to Screwfix, lower minimum order value for free delivery too.
