Welcome to Top Rigs
All my rigs and traces are hand made using only good quality materials from trusted manufacturers including Gemini, Kamasan, Mustad, Amnesia, Breakaway, Avis, Gardener, Crane swivels, Rolling swivels and Korda. My carp hooks are all barbless and the options are braid or Amnesia. Flouro carbon can be used at an extra cost.
The rigs are tested for quality before dispatch, I take my time to ensure quality knots are tied and only use reputable line and braids in my traces. I do not use crimps on my rigs due to the line damage these can cause but use a soft crimp bead which holds securely without weakening the line.
Some of my rigs and traces you may not have seen before due to them being developed and tested over time by myself. These have proved very popular with fellow fisherman and have been used internationally so I decided to include them on the site.
There are some old faithfuls which have been reintroduced and I have copied some popular rigs which I have found advertised in angling magazines.
Most of the rigs advertised on the site are adaptable on request, just email with your preference of hook size or design. I am happy to produce any bespoke rig you require I just need a picture and description.
