We had so much fun on our first visit yesterday we came back again today! Great service and no wait as we got there early. They even sorted us out with a better bay for our son to be able to score more often on today visit. Can wait to go back again.

The golf was awesome and such a laugh when we finally got to play ....never again will we go on a bank holiday, nearly 3 hours to wait for an upstairs bay, it was sooooo manic .. so we ordered food, which was cold and very dissapointing .

Just to note that as someone who works in hospitality, your staff are a credit to your company (at least at this location). Their attentiveness and professionalism for a young team is refreshing - even on a busy night (was the fight night on Saturday). Kudos to them, thank you!

I absolutely love this place but where it is to busy now they need to open another one up around the area with a 20 mile radius to the addlestone one.

Had booked top golf before World Cup England match was on the same day so decided to combine both. Watched the game and had lunch in the bar. Staff were friendly, super attentive and atmosphere really family friendly. Food was good and golf after was great fun. Well done to all at top golf in addlestone.

Great fun for any age or ability...really enjoyed the 2 games we played brilliant concept giving a fun dimension to the traditional golf range. Will be back for more

Great day , had to wait a while to get on due to it being Father’s Day but had some nice food and a few drinks while the time passed , big big respect to the staff, helpful , polite , always there when needed , great day out

We went here for Father's Day and to be honest after reading reviews was quite nervous about going but wanted to do it for Dad.

We pre-booked a bay and signed up to a package so we had spent a considerable amount of money, however, I was very pleasantly surprised. Our event manager person greeted us early as we had arrived early to ensure we weren't late and he came over and explained everything to us and then came back and collected us 10 mins before we were due to start. We started right on time, and unlike other people complaining about lack of balls / ball clearer not being there, we didn't have this problem at all. We were warned that if we ran out of chipped balls it would be longer for him to collect new ones rather than just blank ones. However, we didn't run out of balls.

The let down for us was the food, but again not the portion size or taste, but ours came out Luke warm. We ordered a lot of food and it all came out at the same time that we had requested so that was good but the temperature implied that it had been waiting there all to come out together. It would be better if in future you just bring it out as and when especially as we'd ordered starters / sharers, thinking this would all come out first.

The trophy you win if you do one of the packages is actually quite decent, a glass item, I was expecting a crappy plastic thing but this was a pleasant surprise. Overall I would recommend, hopefully if we go back not on Father's Day and its not super busy the food would be warmer and therefore more enjoyable. The golf itself was very fun!

Was there with family for my grandson’s birthday and all went well and didn’t have to wait and this was a Sunday morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we had a good time. Food and drinks were served in reasonable time and will definitely go back

Very disappointing as we came around 3pm and was told it was an hour wait. It is now 5.10pm and we are still only on position 11. Very bad service as people shouldn’t be allowed to pay £50.00 to jump the queue and also shouldn’t be allowed to stop aying while they eat. They should be made to eat while they are playing.

The golf was great! We brought my son for his birthday and we played Adventure Golf and Football golf.



However, the restaurant really let the experience down. We arrived at 11:45, so it wasn’t even busy yet. There were at least 6 waiting staff and 4 bar staff, which seemed very promising.



But the bar staff were standing behind the bar on their phones (and did not see me standing there), our waitress had a body odour problem (which is obviosuly not pleasant around food), our “plain” junior beef burger arrived stuffed with toppings, my Diet Pepsi was regular and I was served raw halloumi!



Apparently “this is how you serve it”. I have never eaten halloumi anywhere else that hadn’t at least been grilled (FYI this improves both the texture and taste).

I will start by saying we picked the wrong day to visit.



We went on Sunday which was Father’s Day and queued for about 15 minutes outside the centre. The staff were very friendly and concerned as it was clearly busier than expected. So the colleagues were doing their best and had great customer service despite the large queue.



Didn’t end up getting a bay as it was a mutiple hour wait, so we decided to play mini golf instead.



It’s good to have other options at the same facility, which is definitely a plus



If the wait time wasn’t hours I would’ve rated higher

Wish I could say it was more than ok, the food is way over priced for the size of portions that you get. The ball catcher didn’t come out for almost two hours so the range was overrun with stray balls! Not sure why the decent deals aren’t available on bank holidays and school holidays I’m sure you’d get a better variety of people there if they were. The restaurant staff were less than useless, one member of our party ordered food which came out like warm and looked like it had been kept under a warmer! Not great advertisement considering the prices you charge! Quite a few of the balls were split, loads didn’t register and when I bought that up with the staff they said someone would come and see us but over two hours later no one bothered!

Usually I love top golf, but having visited an American top golf last year the Addlestone one does not compare. It needs a face lift. Our tee came out halfway though our game and my partner and I had 8 balls between us no register as they went into the pits so we both lost out on points! The food was good as always but the girl who served us literally just dumped our food on our table, the other side of where we were sitting. She had a face of thunder and did not care. We also waited a long time for our food whilst we were waiting for a bay, which ended up coming out when we were 1st in the que. This place has so much more potential, If it was modernised and updated.

Will not be returning to top golf. Although I think it is a great place to go, I was furious that my 14 year old and his 13 year old friend were turned away today as they were not with a supervising adult. As I pointed out to the very unhelpful manager,

1, what 14 year old wants his mum with him on a day out with his mate.

2, Swimming pools allow them in unsupervised......and they can drown in there!

3, we all complain about youngsters being obese and not getting off their electronic devices, yet companies like this make it even harder for them to get out and socialise.

Went in there to be told the wait would be 1 and half hours, well after 2 hours wait we only were 20 places off what we needed to be so that was easily another 2 hours wait. People outside weren’t even playing because they were eating, the staff were not at all helpful. What a shocking outcome having to drive 3 hour round trip to not even do it is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!. Not happy

Loved top golf until today! Kept waiting for 2 hours for a bay. Top Golf get with the 21st century and allow online booking and payment!!! Booking and paying in advance would at least have allowed us to plan our day and not waste two hours queueing!!!

Absolutely ridiculous experience at Topgolf today. Phoned ahead to be told we couldn’t book and no advice on waiting time could be provided. Travelled over an hour from Southampton, arriving at 20:00hrs to be told, you will be waiting over 2 hours, there were 41 other groups waiting ahead of us already! They also told us no upstairs bays were available as they had allowed it to be booked out for a function?! Nothing on their website to inform people attending on that day that this booking would cause extra wait times. I think it’s ridiculous that they don’t allow you to book, or have a ‘live waiting time report’ on their website so you can check before travelling to attend and play. To ‘top’ it off, all tables were full and hardly anywhere to sit while we waited! �
