My mum's 91st birthday wish was to play Top Golf....the staff sang Happy birthday and supplied cake and tea....she had a great time.....staff are amazingly friendly and really make you feel special.....great place ....x

I absolutely love the place and everything about it. The staff are friendly and Awesome they always make me feel welcome if I could I would spend every single day there.

Great venue and loved the service. Every time we visit we get attended to by a fantastic member of the team by the name of Di. Not only is she supremely efficient but her friendly manner and outstanding customer service makes it a pleasure to visit.

We do enjoy the golf to!!

The only negative is that in recent weeks there seems to be some vandalism in the bays with ball recognised toon machines not fully functional and balls not recognising scores.

However, overall it’s great fun and enhanced by the great service received from this individual.

Enjoyed every second. Till system is weird that you have one to pay and then one to book a bay but really enjoyed. We will be visiting again 😊

Couldn't fault it. We arrived on a Friday at 630pm knowing it could be a wait as prime night but waited about 45 mins got upstairs where we wanted had food was really tasty and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Will def come again! All the staff we very friendly helpful and efficient. Thanks everyone.

Came for the 1st time with my kids and nieces during half term for a play, eat & drink and it’s a very good deal.. they loved it!

The only thing was it takes ages at the desk as if you have not got a membership you have to become a member first then pay to play... if it’s busy then it can take ages as only 2 people on the desk but once through it’s a great, clean place with very friendly, helpful staff!

Will definitely bring my kids back!

An Absolute must for anyone who loves golf, and even if you don’t you will still have fun because this place is great!! A mix between golf and darts with food and drink mixed in, we spent a good 3 hours at topgolf Chigwell and spent just over £30 each and that’s with food and drink plus 4 games! Will be visiting again with a bigger group!! Excellent

Plesently surprised with Top Golf, family fun of all ages (time dependant) and of all abilities... Bowling meets golf in this fun filled game. Well worth a game or two...!

Our 1st visit to Topgolf Chigwell, we were a party of three I play a little but my partner and her daughter never had but seemed to enjoy it none the less. Not being able to book in advance is a shame but the 1st come 1st served method is fair i guess.We checked in and went to find a table to sit and wait. It was busy but we had no trouble finding somewhere. We had a drink and some nice wraps with sweet potato fries . Slightly expensive for what it was but not extortionate by any means. The text service means you open a link they send you so you can see where you are in the que quite a good idea. Once we were out on the tee it was a fun game and we all enjoyed our time. We will definitely go back again. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the experience easy and fun

Queuing is unbearable, got there yesterday and there was no fizzy drinks for the kids due to the machine not working. Then we had dirty glass filled with prosecco yuck. Is seems it’s all run by young teenagers and there is no older generation to guide them properly of health and hygiene. Sticky tables as well, So Tip Golf needs a good shake up to get this up to good standards .

Had a great laugh playing the game. However, disappointing was the long wait but we did want two bays together and they managed to do that. We ate whilst waiting and that killed an hour and half of a nearly 3 hour wait. We ordered drinks before we started our game then started to wonder where they'd got to when we only had 10 balls left out of 20. It all had to be looked into and we probably waited another 15 minutes, that was bad to hear they'd been delivered to another bay!! Our waitress called out our bay number as she wrote the order so we knew that was correct. So bit disorganised, queuing twice, waiting ....... drinks mix up as well. That's not to say we didn't all enjoy it because we did, food was good too

Golf itself was ok but equipment was dated, the balls dont always register on the equipment so you end up waiting for a member of staff, whom are present but cant tell if you need help as the lane assistance required system does not work.

Check in was easy, limited menu available on food due to faulty ovens. If im being honest its fun but you get better value at a pitch and putt!

I don't think I'll be coming again. Used to be a regular customer with my family. But having to wait over 2 hours is just ridiculous. To top it off the kitchen was broken in the Chigwell branch over the weekend so we were all starving!

Went there last night with a group of friends. One guy didn't have ID which meant that we couldn't play although speaking to the flaw on the door wasn't easy

The African security outfit were poor at best.

Probably won't return ⛳

Door men need to be spoken to, they are very rude no need for it at all

They need to look at how they discriminate, is that good for business I don’t think so !

Have been to Topgolf 5 or 6 times and each visit makes me like it less. The booking system is archaic - who has time to sit and wait for 2 plus hours in this day n age? Well apparently me and my party yesterday. Although we were told very cheerily by the boy on the reception desk that the wait probably wouldn't be any longer than 1 HR 20!

The kids were fed up and after that time decided to mix up all their balls (which had been dispensed to take advantage of the pre1pm offer). Perhaps the ball dispensing machines could be a bit smarter?

Finally and unforgivably, when we arrived at our bay there were at least 3 or 4 visibly empty bays in the vicinity. Including one next to us that was empty the entire time!!!

Any future visitors that are told you have a long wait time keep an eye on the amount of empty bays there are. Topgolf are definitely keeping people in the bar area for longer unnecessarily. People need to start questioning these unscrupulous tactics.
