Toprak does amazing food and is a great place to eat. Clean, tasty and well priced.



I like the live turkish music too. Makes it more authentic.

Genuinely nice family run restaurant with delicious food, top class service all at very reasonable prices. I'm a regular customer for a long time now and am never disappointed.

First time coming here with my good old pal from a long hard grafting shift at work, wasn’t expecting much, but it turnt out to be fantastic. One of the best Doners I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting, along with two of their finest Cans of coke. Pleasure able experience. Coming again. thanks Daniel, great service.

5 stars is to little for the nice food and good service in this lovely and clean restaurant.Since the last management i've been there 2 times and everyhing was spot on.Lovely food ,attention for detail , very nice and proffesional staff.Prices are great and plates very abundant.Hope you keep it this way because you are doing a grate job

I went there last night with my husband and it was total disaster. We were seated and given menu's and ignored for about 30 mins. We were not offered drinks. The staff were running around like headless chickens. We could see they were extremely busy so we didn't make a fuss. Evenentually a waiter came and took our order. we waited 1 hour for our food to arrive and when it did we got our starter and mains all together which was very disappointing. We then ordered dessert and my husband asked for baklava. it looked nothing like what he ordered and when he asked the waitress she said it was Turkish baklava. My husband is Turkish but doesn't look it so he knows what baklava is and how it should look. A family of 4 were sitting next to us and ordered some soft drinks which they got and no glasses to drink from. After 2 1/2 hours we asked for the bill only to be told the card machine has stopped working. My husband had to go to the cash point to withdraw money which was probably not very safe at that time of night in Luton. The waiter was so apologetic and tried to reassure us it was a one off. Taking it in to account that they were very busy, there is no excusing the poor service. No attention to customers, no interaction. Sorry, but nothing would get me back in there.

Horrible service. This business has gone downhill since new ownership. Waited for over 30 mins during lunch time. It wasn't even busy!

Booked a table for two birthdays, called them up to tell them we were going to be late. The man on the phone said that’s absolutely fine, take your time.

Once we got there, we said we had a table booked for 15 people. And the lady said we’ve given your table away. We SPECIFICALLY called to tell them we were going to be late and they said that’s fine. The lady went onto be EXTREMELY rude to us, talking to us in a very rude manner instead of apologising. The owner started swearing at us as well. I wouldn’t recommend going there!

Disappointed by the behaviour of staff and management. We booked a table for a birthday when we got there they told us they had given our table away there was 15 of us. We got no apologie just abuse from them it was disgusting behaviour I would never recommend this place �

Didn’t received food for delivery and waited 1hrs 20’ then received a lied excuse.

Cannot believe we stood there for 5 mins just now and 3 people walked past and none of them acknowledged us, not even a we’ll be with you in a minute. Terrible � Didnt wait after that, have come somewhere else

Came to this joint for a big family occasion 22 of us in total place was busy due to eid. Didnt mind the wait for the food of about 1hour 20mins some of us ordered the "sac tava" which according to their menu means 'iron plate' well nice to know we got it on a normal plate like in the pic. So when i asked about this to a lady with curly hair she goes its not her fault and its going to take about 10 mins to get it on a iron plate, so we waited got it on a iron plate then realised we dont have bread as shown on the pic. So i asked about this and the women to my astonishment said it will be half hour wait to this i said was unacceptableand would have rather waited for the full meal to come. Then she tries to grab the food and says will be back with bread. She was very rude i told her not to take the food but bring the bread later as the food will get cold she raised her voice and kept on saying its not my fault. Very unhappy with her service wouldnt want to get served by her again ruined my whole day to be honest.
