My flatmate and I are big fans of Tops Pizza, having enjoyed 48 pizzas and 12 side dishes from them between us since January! They are the best, consistently! Top s**t! �

Delivery coming to early I want different driver them am send back my pizza to shop and wait to driver what I want.

Very greasy pizza. Bland chicken and super soft floppy garlic bread. Didnt seem fresh at all.

This company is a complete joke, the customer service is poor, he was swearing and getting very angry with me on the phone, they delivered frozen deserts and expected me to to eat it, I wanted a full refund from the store but he refused, I said I would go down there and he said if you do see what happens, I am disgusted with the treatment from a company and will never be going back there!

Will be taking this higher as it’s disgusting

Ordered pizza from the Croydon branch last night. Waited an hour and a half and no delivery. Rang the store. Man I spoke to was very rude and could barely be bothered to talk to me. He said there was a system error and would be another half hour. I asked to cancel and he said yes and just hung up. No apology. Now waiting for my card to be refunded. Safe to say I will NEVER be ordering from here again.

Ordered a Pizza from the Ware branch on a Monday night. Took an hour and 25 minutes to turn up, pizza was cold and soggy, chicken wings were cold also and my Coca Cola was warm. Tried to run out and confront the driver to get my money back and he ignored me as I was waving and calling out to him. He must of heard me as he had his window down smoking a cigarette. Tried calling the shop itself. No answer. A disgrace. I want my money back, as i’m not eating this pathetic excuse for food!!!!

Now waited over an hour for one pizza. Ran the Staines shop and the lady was extremely rude. After being a loyal customer for years we won't be using again!
