We have had a Tori and Ben's topside joint for Sunday dinner quite often and we would generally rate it somewhere between very good and excellent. However, me and Mrs M/C agreed that today's joint was nothing less than outstanding.



PS I had one of your Steak & Ale pies on Friday night when Mrs M/C was out for dinner with her bowls team and it was excellent.

Visited today as part of Open Farm Sunday and had a fab day with our two little people. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere with lovely burgers from their Longhorn Cattle, who were awesome! A trip on a tractor to Melbourne Hall where we treated ourselves to some Ribeye Steak, for when baby number 3 arrives (hopefully this week! ) from Tori and Ben's butcher.

A really great visit, thanks for opening the doors and letting us - and a whole host of others, in!

Visited the fabulous farm shop in Melbourne on their open day, even with customers queuing out of the door the staff were efficient and had a smile for everyone! The meat was gorgeous especially the rump steak! Highly recommended, very yummy!

Tori and bens is a awesome butchers. There beef is the best I have ever had and the cote du boeuf is wonderful and makes a lovey Sunday dinner. I can't wait till summer to get some awesome meat on my BBQ. I recommend a visit.

Super visit to one of the half term fun days. Kids loved the bouncy castle and we got 20 mins peace with a coffee. Burgers were amazing and come home with a goodie bag, have to say the Black Pudding is the best weŌĆÖve ever had!!!

Popped in today for a joint for first time, lovely shop, spot on service, great piece of meat that didnŌĆÖt cost the earth, Sunday lunch guests happy jobs a good un.

Popped in for a quick lunch today and both me and hubby had the burger, best burger we have had in a long time !, will definitely be back. Daughter loved the bouncy castle too !

Oh my word - bought a full leg of lamb - cooked 14 dinners today for the family - it melted in your mouth and fell of the bone - gorgeous - best leg of lamb I have ever cooked - my Christmas dinner will be from Tori and Bens x ­¤æŹ

Just popped here for a couple of hours to enjoy the half term fun. My little boy had a fab time and canŌĆÖt wait to try the burgers we brought before we left. Thank you was a lovely few hours.x

I cannot rave enough about this wonderful place! The meat is out of this world - itŌĆÖs often a talking point at the family dinner table! The staff are fantastic - from cooking tips to offering to push your car through the snow drifts - these guys have nailed it! Well done to the entire team at Tori and Bens ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

I buy all my meat from tori and bens shop. Vince and Kate are great as well they know me now, I walk in and say I'm making a stew or dinner or whatever that day and it's for x amount of people and they say this is how much I need, especially when it's shoot lunches for 30. I always get great compliments on the meat whatever I make and that's what makes the difference to all meals is the quality of meat used. There is also an ethical part to this tori and Ben have high animal welfare and in this day and age that is what we should all be looking at.

I am a real foodie and adore great local produce. I can honestly say I have never eaten rib of beef like these ones. Nothing but seasoning and it was like butter- incredible! The 3 mixed trays for ┬Ż10 from the shop are also fab when you are feeling less extravagant! Yummy and delighted you are my local butcher.

Had a superb beef forerib this weekend. Very dry before it went in the oven which is a good sign of well ageing.

Had a lovely mummy day today the coffee was lovely and the babies loved the sand Pitt. Perfect relaxing place to go and the staff are lovely and friendly. Will be back soon!

Exceptional quality products from a beautiful farm. Tori and Ben are so passionate about producing the best products using the best ingredients. They are really genuine, hard working entrepreneurial couple. The Fillet steak is the best we have ever had.

Everything sold in this farm shop is excellent quality. The meats are full of flavour with a vast array of choice. The staff are really helpful, even giving you best ways of cooking the steaks. The bacon cobs are delicious & now the better weather is on its way we'll be walking there more often at the weekends. Can't wait for Bar B Q time ’┐Į

Bought some of your dry cured bacon last Sunday at Bakewell Food Festival (the name "Kate & Vince's" was on the pack). We've just this minute eaten it and have to say it was the best bacon we've ever had!

After eating Ben and Toris burgers at their amazing open farm day, my children now demand their burgers - no others are good enough. They clearly have great taste! All the meat we buy regularly at the farm shop is leagues above supermarket produce and I would encourage everyone to switch and see the difference. It's indisputable. Carry on the good work Ben and Tori!
