The best steak that I eat ever!!!

Be back for sure!!

Reception staff very polite.

Seating area a bit to close for comfort next to other diners.

Waiting staff very friendly & give suggestions on portion sizes and what is popular.

Food does take a while but then again it is freshly prepared.

Portions are a very decent size and served piping hot.

Only down fall is they don't except card payments but there is a cash point right outside....�

Dinner Saturday night at Toro's in Harrow. Amazing as usual. Friendly staff, good service and great atmosphere. The new menu is great - just loved the filet mignon. And the sweet potato fries are to die for. If you haven't been yet, you don't know what you're missing.

Delicious. We all enjoyed our steaks 🥩 to the max. We have been to Toros lots of times and we always have the best experience. And of course we will go again 👌🏽👌🏽. Great service by Fatima

Visited toros for the second time. 1st experience being very poor but having heard good stuff from a lot of people we decided to give it another go. Some goods and some bads.

Goods first!!!

Their steak quality has definately changed. I ordered a toros special (had ordered the same first time which was a total disappointment). To my surprise the steak was actaully very good but i did have to share my previous experience with the staff and he put in a special note for my steak not to be cut thin. Sides and the rice and pasta tasted really nice too. So a big plus on the taste. Sauces didnt really seem much different from each other. May be a couple of more option will be good.

It was quite busy for an early dinner on saturday which was a plus. Busy restaurants def mean food is good !



Now the bads !!

No credit cards! Big big minus. And the fact that it doesn't say anywhere at the door atleast that they take cash only. Not everyone goes out with their debit cards and cash in their pockets. So keep that in mind toros.



Service was great to start with when it wasnt too busy but once it started filling up, service went down. We had to ask 3 times for drinks plus had almost reached the end of our meals and drinks were still not coming. Will be nice if the staff is trained to stop and listen n take notes may be and come back with your stuff.. not to come back to clear up the next table..



Def not enough on kids menu. We always eat out with kids and if they are not happy we wont go to that restaurant again.



I will go back again for food with crossed fingers to have a better service too.

I did like my trip to Toros! Don’t go much but the steak was good; the dessert was also tasty. A fun family outing. Service was quick however it’s quite small and you have to disturb others when you need to get up every time. Not too spacious. I would recommend.

The Toro's special was nice. The beef ribs were not good and cold!

The mash didn't look very appetising or taste very good..mine is much better and i'm no cook!

The coleslaw was way too sweet.

The virgin mojito was not a mojito but simply a glass with lemonade, lime, lemon and mint.

When my husband told the person behind the counter at time of payment there was no apology or any gesture to compensate for the negative experience!

Ill start with the good steak was lovely and price is good.



I dont think rice and chips coming on a sizzler is aa good idea as its way to hot and they all get burnt.



Going all that way and finding out they have no lambchops after placing an order shows there isnt good communication between all the staff.



After finishing I needed some of my food packing which they brought me a box and a bag to do myself.



Good job I didn't get a dessert the cherry would probley be missing off my cake �

The team at the steakhouse is eager to please.



It's child friendly with healthy starters and the owner/manager especially came after us to give Halloween activity souvenirs for the kids.



The meats are marinated and cooked to perfection. My mojito was nice and refreshing and the accompanying sauces were delicious.



Spicy rice was a fail and the peri chips over spiced. The sides need improving but did not take away from the experience as the staff were so forthcoming with alternative solutions .



I give it

3/5 as the level of service rescued any qualms against the food.

Good steak house with decent food, nice service and a nice setup for families. Alchohol free environment is acceptable but not offering tap water and not accepting card payments is not acceptable at all - on both these issues establishment should be taken to task by the customers as these kind of attitudes are just not within the norms of a decent restaurant.

the nearest cash point was "out of order". had to walk fr 20 mins to find a cash machine. kids menu was horrendous. pasta ws overcooked. chicken ws over cooked......

Waited 60 minutes for my food no one came to my table to ask if I needed anything but left to sat there for 60 min then for me to leave my table and go to the counter to complain to be told to sit down and someone will be over which took 10 minutes



However food was nice but customer service is appaling

Very crap service me and my family had at toros today food was late and when the food came it was all wrong food. Customer service was so poorly no one came to ask us how we are doing and if we need anything. When they gave us the bill at the end they charged us extra for the chips which they never gave us.

The food was nice but the service was slow waited 15 mins to be asked if we wanted a drink was the only people in there plus then at end was not able to pay by card only cash but no signs saying cash only will not use again

I visited in December 2015 with a large party and it was a major let down. I thought to give it a second try today with another large group of people and it was even a bigger disappointment.

Tables around the restaurant were complaining about the service too. Toros London really needs to up their customer service game and present their food better. You only got a rating of '1' from myself because there wasn't an option for a '0'!!!



Food Standards Agency need to review their ratings for the restaurant. Washing steak that has fallen onto the ground and presenting it to customers saying "I've washed it" is unacceptable.
