Usually I only write reviews to complain about things but this is a good review! Am not one to go out for Iftari but I went today to open my fast at toros and I must say



- Service was very good for it being ramadan! Seeing as how busy it was these guys coped well under pressure

- They gave a decent amount of fresh fruit and water bottles to open fast!

- They had a prayer room aswell which was clean and of adequate size



Keep up the good work!

Me and my friend went to the Toro in Manchester. We were hungry and request to serve the food quick. Manager manage it despite they have the full house.

Had the best steak EVER!!! Compliments to the chef � Well worth the money, was cooked to perfection and had the garlic mushroom sauce which was great perfectly balanced. The young woman who served us was smiley and very helpful, great service. Busy pleasant atomosphere. Although alcohol is not served we had the Pina colada mocktail which was scrumptious. If your around you must visit for a good value tasty meal.

Read some reviews before coming so was a bit sceptical. The food was really good absolutely nothing to complain about and really good value for money will definitely go back. The service was ok but not great a little skitty and disorganised if that was improved (which wouldn’t take much) i would of given 5 stars. It won’t put me off recommending or returning tho.........great steak

Last time I came to Toro's was probably two years ago and I really didn't enjoy the food, and most of the stuff on the menu, I was told you weren't making them anymore, so I had a disappointed experience, but my two nephews from Scotland loved the place, so when he came over to Manchester we tried Toro's again yesterday, and this time I was not disappointed, I loved the jumbo prawns and my cousin loved her tilapia and my other cousin loved her lamb steak and my nephew loved his beef steak but he did ask for medium rare and got well done, slight slip up, but please please could you keep up your standards, because I hate having a bad experience it puts me off from trying again.

The steaks were cooked just how we wanted them, the portions were generous and the sizzling hot plates the steaks were served on brings out the juicy flavour of the steak. The staff were polite and were attentive to our needs. Overall we had a great experience, the food was amazing, definetly worth it and I would recommend all steak lovers to try this place out.

The service and the food were very good. However, the restaurant policy is to *not* provide tap water, even when explicitly requested. In fact I asked for sparkling mineral water, they didn't have any. At this point I asked for tap water, and despite prolonged conversation about it I was refused. Instructions from the management. Unacceptable in my books, hence the lower rating. Would I go there again? No!

Went here with family I have 3 kids. The place is too congested! If you've got kids its really hard to get a high chair next to you as tables are all squashed together. We had to call the staff so many times as they kept on forgetting stuff we ordered. There was a member of staff this lady who we found rude as when we would ask for something she would give dirty looks! If you've got small kids dont go here! Not suitable at all. The food was ok but the beef ribs they have on the menu they dont do so why put it on the menu if you are'nt selling it! Never going here again!

Was very impressed when the waitress took orders on a tablet � ordered some steak and burgersfor me and my family but she had to double check if they were serving burgers and confirmed they did. Waited 15mins for food and one of the waitresses comes and asks if everything is ok and if we need anything....im staring at her � and tell her it would be nice to get actually get our food, lol! Comes back and tells us it will be here soon. When the food arrives, my order is slightly wrong but its no big deal, my sisters who ordered burgers were served steaks instead, explained they ordered burgers so the steaks were taken back and going to be replaced. My sisters ate some of our food as we waited long enough and they were hungry, asked someone to check on the burgers but he never came back. We finished our food and the burgers still werent ready, when i asked someone he said they weren't serving burgers today ��� so he got us the menu again and we ordered steak..5mins laters, 2burgers were served � waiter comes and apologises for confusion but my sisters werent hungry anymore so we asked to take them out as we were sorting the bills...we get served more steaks, the ones we ordered when we were told there are no burgers ��� i cant help but laugh at how silly this whole experience was. The chef must be tired. Would i go again? No. Food was nice but the whole experience was a joke. Where is management? What are managers doing if they arent having team meeting and confirming with staff if they are serving whats actually on the menu or not. And maybe get a host that will welcome us with a smile ����

Very very Poor Customer Services. I was shocked and embarrassed in front of my guests. The Gentleman one of their staff refuse to provide the food and said me to leave. I was there with 5 of my guest, to those I have said this is the nice posh Resturant and I get abused rather on the way out the Manager threw his tablet on the table and came forward to push me out. I will take this further to the management and will never recommend. Very disappointed.

Me and my mate was going to go manjaros but I said no I wanted steak so we came here I ordered ribeye asked for it medium it came well done the mash was cold we sent them back they came back this time it was slightly medium well done but the cut was all fat less meat they gave us the same pasta back which was cold and the mash was cold again I ate the chips and tried eating the steak it was awful I called the waiter over I said there's no chance I'm paying full price I said it calmly so other customers wouldn't here he said let me ask manager he came back saying we gave you fresh new meat so you have to pay full price I didn't want to cause a scene so I payed and walked out calmly feeling disappointed I won't be returning here again I came back home and said to the wife make me a sandwich as I was still hungry absolutely shit customer service after reading more reviews I think they should close down

I’ve been to a few torros but this is the first time I visited the Manchester franchise and never in my life I would return. I would rather eat chicken and chips for £2.00. This place don’t sell steak they sell fake. If you wanna eat a car tyre then visit this place. I went with my wife and kids and me and my wife ordered t-bone steak. But all I received on the plate was a piece of a tyre and this is no joke and no word of a lie the steak was 80% fat and only 20% meat. The steak was very dry and it had a funny smell to it as if they shoved it in the microwave and nuked it. The only decent thing on the menu to order here is chips so if you wanna eat some chips go to this steakhouse (fakehouse). Oh by the way don’t order any of there mocktails because they charge 5 pounds for something you get in the cinema. The strawberry daiquiri was just crushed ice with strawberry syrup and half a strawberry on the side. When I complained to the waiter the food and drink was not up to standard and it was crap they just said sorry and walked away. Didn’t ask why I made a comment like that about thier food or what they could do to try and improve their quality or level of service. The whole place is full of waiters which are university kids. No professional staff. Last but least I have a one year old daughter and the chair which they provided was a safety hazard. She could have easily slipped thru and hurt herself I asked them to move me upstairs which was near enough empty and they didn’t even do that or inform me whether they can or not. So unless you want to end up in accident and emergency from a broken a baby head or a nuked steak in your stomach then this is not the place to eat or visit. Half the stuff on the menu is not available. I was more satisfied eating Marks and Spencer’s buiscuits on the way home

It was absolute shambles!!!! ��



The customer service was appalling! I thought I'd walked into a funeral parlour! Now don't get me wrong, not everyone enjoys their job, but my goodness don't drag out mood down with you!



On entry we asked if we can pay by card as we were not carrying cash at which the replied yes we could . At the end of our meal they said that the card machine wasn't working! Without even an apology! We walked to a cash point in the pouring rain to a card machine and when we got back no thanks or apologies! ��� I made a humours comment about how they must of thought we would never come back. The commented was responded with a dirty look, no please and thank yous with the exchange of money! I was going to call the human rights association because it seemed this worker was being forced to work against his will! What else would make him so rude and miserable!



In conclusion, if you're looking for friendly staff and good ambiance, DO NOT COME HERE. This misery is contagious and will leave you leaving more depressed then when you came in.

( clearly fuming at something/someone) threw food and tissues at us and slammed our drinks like we was rude to her! Im so shocked NEVER would i EVER go back or advice anyone as when we told the guy who took the bill he seemed not interested! R U D E!! Not even worth 1 �

Awful. Stay away if you want quality cooked steak. Filet-mignon was undercooked. Tried to make out it was the first complaint ever! Read your fb profile mate. They completely forgot about my wife's salad. Noisy too. Wretched smoothie machine must have been 120dB. Won't be returning or recommending. Can't even get an alcoholic drink. Poor
