2013 Bmw 116D in for a custom stage 1 performance tune.
This engine comes detuned from the factory and is very sluggish at only 114bhp! This wasn't enough for this customer so he opted for our stage 1 performance tune.
We have now tuned this 116D into a beast which is now running a very nippy 190bhp with a further 140nm torque 🔥🔥

This customer got in touch with torxtuning because he was getting constant issues with his dpf and the dreaded LIMP MODE ,

The customer with this 2008 audi a4 2.0tfsi got in touch with us because he was having non stop issues with he's vehicle.
He not long purchased the car to which it was already heavily modified, not long after he lost all power and the engine light was illuminated.
Under a diagnostics inspection we found that it had a boost pressure fault and a timing related fault.
... After some investigation we found that the previous tuning company who had tuned this car had not done it properly to which the engine was not within safe limits !
The fueling was not adjusted properly and they had incorrectly adjusted the ignition timing.
This resulted in over fueling , poor running of engine , limp mode and engine lights on.
After tuning the vehicle back to standard the car run perfectly!
The moral of this story is do not cheap out on a "remap" there are many places advertising remaps for as little as £50🙈
These are normally GENERIC remaps from inexperienced people with FAKE CHINESE CLONE equipment that can cause catastrophic ecu or engine failure.

The customer with this 2008 mini clubman diesel got in touch with torxtuning because they kept having constant issues with the DPF blocking up and the car going into LIMP mode.
The customer has spend hundreds on so called DPF cleaning products but they never work and the DPF blocks up shortly after.
We carried out a DPF and EGR deactivation. We also added in some extra power and better fuel economy at the same time.

This 2013 ford ranger was suffering from the dreaded dpf issues and limp mode.

2011 vw SIROCCO in for a custom stage 1 remap.
The 1.4tsi produces 121bhp which can be sluggish at times.
After our stage 1 software was applied we managed to take it from it's standard 121bhp and tune it to 145bhp whilst increasing the torque by 35nm .
... Although this does not seem allot of power it sure does change the way the car drives including much better acceleration and no turbo lag.
