The TGUK coaches train hard to. Coach Jake & Aaron working hard for 2 hours yesterday
a couple of photos of the older group training tonight at the Academy session.
A very basic but effective handling drill which gets you thinking. The GK receives the ball in the "W" position and distributes the ball to the server without a ball in his/her hand. The intensity is fast to get the GK really thinking.
Last TGUK Academy session tomorrow evening before the goalkeepers break up for May half term. The new term will start on June 1st.

Big congratulations to TGUK goalkeeper Lewis Booth who reached the final of the Maidenhead & Windsor cup this afternoon after saving 2/4 penalties in the shootout. Good luck in the final from everyone at TGUK.

Perfect example of what happens if you drop the wrong knee when doing a K scoop. If the ball is to your left foot, drop your right knee. If it's to your right, drop your left knee.
