... Hi Rob, I hope you and family are well?? All the dogs too of course! Just thought I would let you know that we have been amazed at Zeldas progression in the house with us! Since being with us her protection of us has grown tremendously! She is always watching us, never rests or sleeps if we are around and the other night in the early hours of the morning I tried to quietly sneak down the stairs to get something for one of the children! Well that wasn’t going to happen with Zelda around, by the time I was at the top of the stairs bearing in mind this is also the other side of our house, 3 large rooms, 2 closed doors and a flight of stairs away Zelda was already growling and barking getting more and more ferocious the nearer I got! Then the best bit about her of course is that as soon as she knew it was me, she instantly turned back into the soppy, loving, well mannered family dog that we are used too! After never having considered GSD as a breed for us, thank you for your advice as it is certainly a dog that we could now never be without!
