Company Profile & Quality Statement 2015.

Total Security TCL Limited was originally formed in 1987 and moved to its present site on Electra Way, Crewe Business Park in 1991. A broad customer base has been built since then of established clients in Local Government, Education Authorities, and local Business Communities. The Company is justifiably proud of the fact that much of its business results from recommendations, referrals, and repeat work from satisfied customers.

The service being offered includes Mobile Patrols, Static Guarding, Key Holding and 24 hour Alarm Response. A team of trained Security Personnel provides a 24hr service.

An essential requirement of the continuing development of the Company’s quality objectives is the establishment of an in-house quality management system that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9002. The Management of Total Security TCL Limited has a policy of continual improvement. In line with this policy we recognise the benefits of operating our business in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000. It is the Director’s wish to ensure that the Company complies with and fully embraces the spirit of the requirements of ISO 9002. This enables our company to maintain a structured and consistent approach to business, maximise internal efficiency and to maintain, through its adoption, the very highest standards of client care possible. The Company complies with and exceeds the requirements of all legislation relevant to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

It is the Managing Director’s belief that in adopting the procedures implicit within these standards, it enables us to increase the company’s operating efficiency, minimise wastage and hence improve profitability, whilst maintaining and continuously improving the levels of customer satisfaction.

Our aim is always to achieve total customer satisfaction with the services we offer, so that customers continue to choose the Company as their preferred supplier and also confidently recommend our company to other potential clients.
