We had a great time at the Kern training last week 😊 A trip down to Heathrow to learn all things scales and Kern! It was lovely to meet the other delegates and sample the products on offer. Laboratory scales for measuring the moisture and scales for weighing specific recipes - these scales come with a keyboard and have a built in memory 😱

Do the work for a company that uses scales? Are you based in the UK? If you answered yes to these 2 questions then we would love to hear from you to quote for the repair, calibration and supply of additional/ replacement scales. If your scales are faulty then you could be giving away your profit! If you sell by weight and they are faulty then you could be giving your customer less then they are entitled too - this is illegal! It is worth having your scales calibrated regular...ly if you rely on them.
