Hi I would like to introduce myself as the new owner of Totally Mutts, we said a sad farewell to Clare in August. My name is Jane Trozzo Just like Clare I trained at Dogs Delight in Chiswick passing my City & Guilds level 2 and then my OCN level 3 diploma. We moved back to Maidenhead last year after living near Portsmouth for 20 years. I very excited about this new venture and have already met some lovely customers and their dogs.... I would like to say hello with a £5 discount to all customers old and new for all grooms in September. I am a judge at the Maidenhead Dog Show on Saturday so do come and say hello I will look forward to seeing you there.

Important post from Hall Place Vets about grass seeds and the danger they pose to our dogs. We have seen so many grass seeds this year on our clients dogs, all over but especially between toes, in ear hair and underneath legs. If you walk you dog in grass please try and brush out any seeds as soon as possible. Luck Lottie has had a close call! 🐾💜

To all my amazing clients who have supported me in my business since I started. I need your help. Today we received a dreadful review from an unknown source that Is completely fake. A 1* review with awful feedback from someone who has never visited us, we don’t know this person. I know this happens sometimes and it’s sad that someone would want to do this to us as we work so very hard to maintain our high standards at all times and look after your lovely dogs for you. I am pleased to announce that Jane Trozzo has joined the Totally Mutts team. Jane will be working along side me providing additional grooming appointments during the Summer which will enable us to offer our clients more options when booking including some Saturdays. Jane trained at the same School as me, the award winning Dogs Delight Grooming School in London and has a Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming. Happy Friday! 🐾💜

Took my white German Shepherd Bella to see Claire for wash and groom. What a fantastic service couldnt recommend it enough Claire made us feel most welcome offered me lots of tips and most importantly did an amazing job with Bella (who can be a little nervous). Can't wait to make another appointment. 5* isn't enough I will give 10*

Took my two very dirty, knotty boys to Clare for the first time, in desperate need for a pamper. One of my boys is nervous of groomers and he came back unphased and perfectly happy, they both looked and smelled gorgeous. Clare has a great set up in a fab, safe location with plenty of parking. Very convenient service indeed and Clare was super friendly. Would heartily recommend it

Took my girl Cara, a 7 month old shih tzu who I needed groomed before I go away with them to Ireland. Clare took her last minute which was terrific of her. Cara was really happy and relaxed when I collected her, and she looked amazing! So happy and will taking my two shih tzus here from now on. Thank you Care! x

Took my big boy Wilson for a groom today, Claire made both him and I feel very relaxed, as it was his first time being groomed. An hour later I collected a very happy and relaxed pooch, who looked and smelt lovely. He also enjoyed his biscuits on the way home! Highly recommend �

Took Teddy, my 8 month old Pomeranian X, to Clare at Totally Mutts for his first groom - very impressed. He went from being a little scruff to a very dapper little fellow :-D Clare is knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating so I highly recommend her. Teddys next appointment is already in the diary :-)

Thank you Clare for grooming our special lady Labradoodle so beautifully today - she's super soft and smells divine! Great location, spotless salon and a very personal service - and it was lovely chatting to you as well. Highly recommend.

My Puppy Wilson has just had the best experience with Claire at Totally Mutts! She clearly loves our furry friends & takes the time to ensure a top class job. He looks fantastic,thank you Claire. �

Molly had an amazing groom today. Her coat is like velvet & she is so happy & bouncing around delighted very obviously delighted with her cute look. Thank for an amazing job & a very pleasant smelling fur baby ��

I took my six month old Maltipoo to Clare today and he looks amazing! Such a good service, Clare totally put him at ease and calmed him down. He smells divine and his first cut cut looks so good! Very happy indeed and very reasonable! I have booked my next one in !

I took my Cocker Spaniels, Archie & Gracie, to Clare at Totally Mutts and cannot praise her grooming services enough. Archie is 15 years old, stone deaf and almost blind. He can be very stressed in strange situations. Our usual groomer was unable to come to us due to an accident injury. Clare took great care of Archie and I picked up the most beautifully groomed, totally happy dog. Archie and Gracie have both been back to Clare twice and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have also passed on my delight to our vet. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful dog grooming service and Clare.

I took my 12 year old Chocolate Brown Labrador to Totally Mutts. He was shedding badly and desperately needed a bath and groom. Jane was wonderful. Barckley was very happy to be there and Jane really looked after him. He looked very handsome when I picked him up and all the shedding hair was gone! He also smelled like he had just had a trip to the hairdressers, which he had! Would highly recommend Totally Mutts. Jane and Clare are amazing!

I had my first appointment with Totally Mutts on Friday 27th July. I was worried as I had used other local groomers and my Chihuahua hadn’t enjoyed the experience and had come away very shaken. But from start to finish Jane and her daughter took care of him and when I came to pick him up he was smiling away before he even noticed me! And to top it off he looked wonderful! Thank you so much, From Archie and Mum! X

Hudson had his first grooming experience today and loved it! Clare was so knowledgable and immediately put me and Hudson at our ease. He looks fabulous and smells fab. I would definitely recommend :)

Hector the Mini Schnauzer fully groomed, beard free of garden debris and clumps and he is smelling sweet! �Special delivery, straight to my door! Can't fault! Will be using again, happy dog.

Having been one of Claire’s first customers I cannot recommend her highly enough. She took my straggly little rescue from Romania to a beautiful little princess who now loves her visits so much. Thank you Claire for loving Mila as much as I do and also for pampering JJ every now and then. They both love you.

Great service my dog’s are little so n so’s about baths but this didn’t phase Claire, she was great with them. A* service highly recommended

Clare has been grooming our elderly KCC for about a year now. Our previous groomer was good but we changed to Totally Mutts because it was also near to our Vets. Clare is a lovely kind and highly qualified individual and our dog is looking better than ever and always comes home tail wagging!

Keep up the good work Clare and enjoy your well deserved holiday!
