Just great and very professional

Very expensive and don't really want to go the extra mile. Have got an Oris watch. Needed a little barrel on the strap. Costs £35 for fitting and the new barrel. Asked them how much it would cost to clean and make the case nice again they come up with some garbage about different levels of cleaning. Really what they are saying. I don't want anything to do with your watch. I thought that owning a really nice watch like this Oris I would get some good service from a genuine Oris dealer. Will be looking elsewhere. Peter Miller.
