Sad that the newsagents is not there right now. Please note I said 'right now' as the station is being totally redesigned and that section is (judging by the plans posted on the boards) is where the extension outwards is going. I see 'poorly designed' comments here. That's why it's undergoing a re fit. New rail lines to accommodate even more trains from further afield. It is going to get busier for sure. Hope they get rid of the kiddie sized steps outside as you enter the ticket hall. And I hope the nice newsagents gets a shop when it re opens. I've been commuting through here since 1988 and he was there then. Very nice man and his wife too.

I like this station it easy to get to from many places. One of the main problems for me is its supposed to be easy access but the national rail side, one side has two sets of stairs when coming out of the station. So not good if you have a pram the rest of both the rail and underground are step free which is great just sort that remaining stairs out.

Chaos and an ever-present sense of danger

On most days of my commute I see a broken homeless man outside the station on the floor hiding behind his banner, he is mostly crying and there is something deeper wrong with him. I couldn't make out what is wrong when speaking to him, apart from that he is homeless. We all walk past him everyday, how can we help? Is there anyone in the council that could react out to him? My heart bleeds for this man. Please don't ignore him, let's do something to help!

Great connection to central London and Stansted airport.

This was good because it was organised

The staff are unfriendly at best rude to others, often found smoking outside or on their mobile phones.

Tottenham Hale Station, London, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Terrible!

This station is really poorly designed and leads to congestion and long queues to buy tickets for both the underground and the national rail services. The staff seem disinterested in helping customers and as exasperated as customers with the constant delays.
