WHY DOES NOBODY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!??? I am a regular customer and as much as I like the outcome of my eyebrows I can never book an appointment. Last time I called 13 times with no response and when you go into the salon you can blatantly see staff ignoring the telephone. I do love the finish and kully is an absolute doll but the staff service is awful, they need customer training.

Do not use this salon! Very unprofessional, non-qualified staff.

Lady that was doing my waxing was shouting across the room to the lady next door, in Gujarati, about me, not realising I fully understood what she was saying!!

Had full wax and shellac on hands and feet, the lady who did the waxing kept going over the same area which caused redness and bruising on my arms.

Shellac, nails painted upto my cuticles and when I queried this, the girl started to argue with me and told me it was my fault! Shellac on my feet had to be removed and done again, as the varnish was too thick. The staff were arguing amongst themselves and very unprofessional environment!

Having spent £65 there. I was very annoyed!!
