Experienced counsellor & mindfulness teacher based in Hastings and Ashford (Kent). I am a member of the BACP and work with individuals and couples, helping with anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationships, mid life crisis, bereavement & other issues.

I am fortunate to be passionate about the work that I do and have been interested in therapy, both of body and mind, for over 20 years. I offer a confidential, supportive and safe space to explore whatever is going on for you and tailor my approach according to your needs.

I am an experienced and fully qualified Humanistic counsellor and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also an Accredited Mindfulness Teacher.

I work with individual clients from 17 years old upwards on a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, stress, bereavement, life changes, relationship problems, sexuality, anger management and low self esteem /confidence amongst many others.

I also work with couples either with the aim of improving your relationship or of making the difficult decision to separate.

I have practices in Tenterden, near Bybrook Barn in Ashford (Kent) and at The Wellington Centre in central Hastings and offer daytime and evening appointments on weekdays.

I also teach mindfulness (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and run workshops on a range of issues.
