I booked a surprise holiday to Iceland for my partners birthday with loads of help from Shane at Tour Centre. So polite and really went into every detail so we could make it as special as possible. Never made me feel like anything i asked was too much and answered my 111 questions! I would definitely recommend him to all family and friends. Best travel agent service yet!

Found our ideal holiday to Italy for later this year. Would like to thank Emily Scott for her help this week with accomodating our needs and booking it. Fantastic service and cant wait until August...bring on the food and wine.

I booked through wowcher, and the hotels originally advertised were no longer available, he spent alot of time going through other hotels with me and looking up all the reviews. It was stressful when I initially booked, but Brian made the whole process alot easier and was so patient with me!! ( I was seriously annoying ) cant thank him enough for all his help!!

5 star treatment from this company I had a lovely gent called Trevor looking for a Disney holiday for us and I’m not joking when I say he literally changed dates, boarding and looked into the euro star there must be 20 to 30 emails between us over the last week. He wasn’t pushy or putting pressure for us to buy he was very nice and good at his job. So thank you!!

Just got back from a great holiday to Disneyland. Jayden made sure everything was exactly as I asked, just a slight hiccup with the hotel voucher but it was fixed with a short phone call.

The only reason for losing a star is the constant phone calls and emails from other agents trying to get me to book the same holiday!

I have booked my flight with tour centre to Majorca last week, Jake was very helpful through out my bookings. He assisted me through out my journey, when I had an issue with my boarding pass, though I had spoken to few others as well. I also enjoyed my stay in Majorca, it was beautiful, however it would have been helpful if the trip adviser could have advised that there is no public transport at night time. We could have avoided taking a taxi for 105 Euros for an hour journey instead of a transfer. I would really recommend Tour centre for the future, but I suggest not leaving things at the last minute. Thanks Jake Wright, once again for your astonishing service. Looking forward to booking with you in the near future.
