Ordered cadac products from here on thursday morning and I recieved them by 11.30 the next morning, FANTASTIC SERVICE

I purchased a gas fire a year ago and the switch became damaged. We took the fire back today: they looked at it, found the problem and said it would be ready in half and hour. It was! Done and dusted. Fantastic service: warm, cheerful and incredibly helpful! Thank you gentlemen, hope you enjoyed the biscuits.

I am a member of Keighley golf club and earlier this year was on duty to supply beef burgers and hot dogs on the course from 8am to 6pm. These were cooked on an old Caracas 3 burner Barbecue which the club has used for over 10years. I was so impressed that I went and purchased one for myself just over 4 months ago.

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Towler and Staines. Their knowledge and information helped me to make the right decision on the BBQ for us. The BBQ was delivered to us ready assembled with full instructions on how to use it. We are pleased that we went for the extras (gas ring on the side, cast iron grill, warming pan etc.) which meant that everything could be cooked outside, including boiling veg and sauces. This leaves more time to spend outdoors with friends and family.

The one problem I had was with the BBQ cover which was replaced to my satisfaction within days.

Highly recommended.

Had an ignition problem with my Cadac Chef ..although the electrode was receiving a charge there was no spark...i spoke to their man..Gareth ..he talked me through a check list and sorted it out ..over the phone..brilliant turned out to be a dodgy earth ..tut..AND he's sending me a new electrode...Excellent service top man ..
