We are a privately owned residential agency dealing with student lettings, professional lettings, sales and property management.

We hope that our extensive portfolio of properties has something to offer everyone, from cosy studio apartments in Manchester City Centre to large modern student houses in Fallowfield, beautiful family homes in Didsbury and everything in between.

Townhouse Lettings was founded by William Collinge at the end 2009, having studied at The University of Manchester for 4 years. He wanted to create an agency that provided a much better quality of service to its tenants than the service he received whilst searching for and living in accommodation at University.

We now have more than 350 properties on our books and manage a varied portfolio of city centre apartments, professional and family houses and student HMO’s.
