A great place to get your camping accesorises helpfull staff

No customer skills whatsoever and no idea of consumer rights. Returning childs shoes with faulty fastener (bought a week earlier). After laughing in the corner with other colleagues the girl informed me i couldn't have a refund as they had been worn!! (They hadn't actually but that is beside the point)

Useless

Plus on checking my receipt prior to returning item i realised i had been over charged by £7 from shelf price. When i challenged this they did not respond.

Avoid if you can!!

My husband Tony and I went to towsure Sheffield branch and found the staff to be so helpful and we were really pleased with the cheerful and well mannered way we were treated. Even the ladies in the cafe were really pleasant and full of fun. Some times I find if you treat staff with the respect they deserve it goes a long way. Thanks to all towsure staff that helped us.x

Cafe very clean and tidy staff always polite and friendly. Mix selections of cakes all home baked on premises and nice food reasonable priced easy parking.
I now use on regularly basis.

Its alright but nothing more their prices are abit high and their range of products could be improved but apart from that its a nice store

Used to be "The" place for caravan parts or towing. Now the staff and management are so up themselves it's if they can be bothered to help you if it doesn't inconvenience them. Prices have increased, products are now cheaply made and expensively placed. Towbar fitting is incredibly poor with cheap materials. Overall an average experience in a very average shop. I continue to use it merely because it's local and convenient. Many things are now far cheaper and of better quality elsewhere.

I rang up towsure for parts for fitting for my camper and that had them ready for to pick sameday will going there again

Will never use this company again. Most campers and caravanners have dogs, mine goes everywhere with me, even on a hot sunny day. Have visited th Southampton store in the past where we were welcomed, dog as well. Called at the Sheffield store today, a hot sunny day to be told that dogs are not allowed in the store. I do not leave him in the car at all but especially on a hot day like today. In future I will go elsewhere. I do not give my custom to a company that does not accept dogs.
You only get one star because your system doesn't let me give none.

Have used the click & collect service several times, website is a bit iffy, but manageable. Staff have always been friendly & helpful, but a bit slow in dealing with customers. Lots of accessories on display & in stock, never had any problem obtaining the parts I wanted

NEVER have I experienced worse service. After six weeks of failed promises ( from both Towsure and Autofix the supposed fitters), waiting for phone calls and waiting in for fitters my tow bar is still not fitted with only days to go until I need it for a holiday. My only options I am told are to wait until August, get it fitted myself or send the whole lot back so now I am supposed to wait in all day for a courier to collect it. I would not advise anyone to use this service and seriously wonder how they are still in business.
