Highly recommended. Great advice and help from Dave. Made accepting the fact I now need disabled aids better and he came up with solutions to the mobility and food preparation problems I'm experiencing. Called you today, hereford, about a stairlift repair, after ringing 2 other companys, very impressed with the service, receptionist trisha was so quick, straight to the point with prices etc, came, job done, no fuss or bother, fair price, very pleased with the service thank you

Really poor customer service and worse still the two people who came 1 to service and the other to repair it have caused more problems with little or no communication...it seems so sad that a company that focuses on the needs of vulnerable disabled people that their customer service skills are as poor as they are :(

I do not know Jo Edwards whose poor review is below nor do I know anything about her circumstances. But I am interested to see that the early response from TPG is to create still more argument with the customer rather than to deal with an issue. I am afraid that having been forced by the local authority to be on the receiving end of maintenance checks from this company for many years we find their lack of sensitivity and respect when entering thevery personal rooms of households living with illness or disability to be shameful. I have complained several times. Clearly there can be no staff education or training or any intention to meet modern standards of behaviour.
