There’s been a real buzz around college this week as our induction activities take place. Here’s some of our new media make-up students who have been getting creative under the expert guidance of make-up artist Lauren Plumb.

Abbie Halls chose Trafford College because of its highly regarded reputation for hospitality and catering courses. After completing her professional chef and kitchen skills course she opened her own gluten free bakery called Bumblebee Bakery. Abbie said: "The course gave me the understanding and skills I needed to start me off on the path that would lead to my career." Rewarding, amazing and memorable – that’s how our Stretford campus-based tutors Zoe Davies and Julie Milner summed up their experience of teaching in China over the summer.
