Nutrition facts: Brown rice vs. White rice. Which one is better? Both have similar amounts of calories and carbohydrates. For example 100g of brown rice gives roughly 377kcal and 79g carbohydrates while white rice gives 356kcal and 77g of carbohydrates. So whats the difference?
