Hello to all my new likes & followers! I'm glad you've found your way to my Facebook/Instagram page.
Let me introduce myself & give you an overview:
My name is Laura, I am 22 years old and built up my business when i was 19 years of age - Tranquil Touch Therapies.
... I trained as a Clinical Reflexologist (Level 5) for one year at one of the most respected school in the country - The Three Shires.
Through my own health issues i found my route through holistic and complementary medicine & ended up training myself so i can help others!
Reflexology can help with all sorts of things such as migraines, back ache, shoulder tension, digestive disorders, hay-fever, fibromyalgia, period irregulars, hormonal imbalances etc.
I pride myself as a bubbly, energetic person always wanting to help others in however i can!

So here’s a discussion to be had...
There’s something about our society, that drums into our heads that working 10+ hours a day is someone who’s successful & ‘works hard’
Now, I see SO MANY people who have very stressful demanding jobs, working 6 days a week 10/12 hour days - but are they healthy? Do they take time for themselves? - No.
... Self care & work/life balance is key to success as if you aren’t healthy or happy you won’t achieve.
When I was working in retail & doing my business I was tired, my health deteriorated & my business couldn’t go any further unless I quit my retail job. With a big push i left my retail job & decided to go full time in my business - best decision I ever made. 🙌🏼
- I’m healthier - My business has grown - I have a better work/life balance - I have more time to do ME - I feel free
Don’t kill yourself for a job which would replace you tomorrow.
Someone who works 4-6 hours a day can be as successful as someone who works 10-12 hours a day you just need to put yourself first.
Get yourself high on that to do list, I’ll never look back from making the right decision. A healthy life is a happy life. 🙌🏼🙏
