What a wonderful experience it was to have a treatment with Sylvester. I visited his clinic in Walthamstow and was amazed by the facilities he provided. His clinic is purpose built, quiet, clean and private. He gave me a great deal of time and it was excellent value for money. I had a facial treatment and a few days on my skin feels and looks great. I have been very apprehensive about getting waxed, as I was a first timer, this was a great service that I received, the treatment room had the right ambience, the right temperature, good background music, very relaxing so much so I dozed off. A very friendly and fantastic service and without any doubt will be going back.

Great experience altogether. Waxing is not the experience any (or maybe some are though :) ?) of us is looking for and Tranquilstate manage to make it a quick and relaxing experience with nice music as well as lovely buddhist bells which we can hear outside from time to time. Excellent service and great results(Venus Freeze on Face). I found Sylvester through a google search. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Sylvester has put his heart into his business and is an expert at making his clients feel relaxed and welcome. His attention to detail really shows. He has great communication skills and all of my questions were answered before my visit. He also guided me through the treatment during and after with aftercare suggestions. I loved having a male therapist and was very comfortable during the procedure, no pain. I had the Venus Freeze for the first time. I am happy with the results and definitely will do again. I would highly recommend. Sylvesters prices are very competitive and well worth it for the very high level of service you get. Also Tranquilstate Skincare is very discreet in a lovely garden on a quiet road close to public transport so easy to get to.

I found Tranquilstate through word of mouth and I tend to have facials, although I have also had waxing, pedicure and massage. The surroundings are quiet and relaxing, and Sylvester (who I generally see) has a real eye for detail and genuinely cares, making the treatment bespoke and unhurried (which I find is a problem when I used to go to high street or hotel venues).

I always feel better for a visit and it is competitively priced. I have recommended the staff at Tranquilstate to friends and look forward to more treatments.

I have been to see Sylvester on 2 occasions now. Both times he has been very welcoming and his treatments are top notch. When you arrive, you enter the property via the garden, and expect it to be a short garden but it opens up a lovely multi tiered haven. His treatment studio is very clean and well equipped. I have had waxing services, a massage and a pedicure - all have been excellent. If you live close then do not consider elsewhere particularly as the costs are very competitive.

I heard about Tranquilstate from a friend who had been to visit the venue. I was very pleased with the surroundings, and Sylvester who was highly attentive to my needs and was able to delivere an unsurpassed service for a facial, massage, and waxing treatment.

In addition to the great service I also received really valuable after care skin advice which I have incorporated into my daily regimen.
