A friend used them. Witnessed such poor customer service, dishonesty and general lack of interest to resolve their own errors. The reviews are spot on! Avoid!

Recommended the services of this company to a client of mine who had a terrible experience with them. I called and emailed them as I had arranged the job with them in the first place. I didn't receive a single reply, and to my knowledge, my client has still not been reimbursed for the damage to his car. Very embarrassing for me and damaging to the relationship with my client.

IF SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

What ever you do, do NOT use this company to transport your car. They forgot to send my car on the agreed date, I only found out when I called them a dozen times on the day it was supposed to be delivered.

They then told me I would have to wait another 2 weeks as that was the soonest they had a driver in my area again. On the day they told me my car would be delivered within an hour, only to be told 5 hours later, and after phoning a dozen times that they had damaged it and it was now not able to be driven.

The driver wanted to deliver the car anyway and suggested that I use the fee for transport to get the car fixed. Naturally I refused and said that they had to take my car to a garage to be repaired by their insurance. After promising he would do that, he took my car 90km away and dumped it at Malaga airport.

It took over a week and in excess of 50 phone calls to get my car delivered to a garage near me, where the damage was far greater than described. I have had to pay for the damage myself, which far exceeds the cost of transport, and the company have just ignored me ever since. My last 8 emails have not received a response.

My next step is to take this to Trading Standards.

Ben, who I believe is the company owner, has been unhelpful, unprofessional and damn right rude. Ben, I see that you have tried to discredit the previous poor (no doubt very accurate) reviews that you have had. Well i have pictures of the damage and screenshots of the numerous emails that I have sent without response, as well as screenshots of the texts from your drivers that I am more than happy to upload.

Everything listed here is both factual and exactly how it happened. As your car is likely to be one of your more expensive assets, do not make the mistake of entrusting it into the care of these people!

Going to give three stars because the car did arrive and I received a discount for my troubles. Thus I can't entirely agree with the other ratings here. I can't say that anyone was ever rude to me.

However, I must say that this company is very unprofessional for a logistics company. They completely forgot to pick up my car on the agreed date and did not even realise the next day that they had forgotten! It certainly did not help that there was a different person on the phone each time whom I had to lengthily explain the issue to from the start.

Once the car was picked up things went slowly but okay. If you are a privately looking to move a car in europe they will be able to give you a competitive quote. If you are a professional importer/exporter, I would not recommend this company.

They put a new engine to my Lexus 220d and the workmanship was excellent. They are highly professional mechanics who are rare to find these days. Based on my experience they try to repair stuff not replace like in mainstream garages. Charges are reasonable and transparent. I will highly recommend them.
