Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group

I had Rhinoplasty on April 30th 2017 by surgeon Dr Khodi. After surgery everything was fine. I were told I would see Dr Khodi at around July/August for a check up, I have rung a number of times to find out when my checkup will be, due to having no contact for an appointment. Now in nearly October I still haven't heard anything and no response back from the clinic after leaving Voicemails, I have been told Dr Khodi has left Transform to stay working for the NHS but will see his patients. My concern is I am not seeing many changes from my surgery, I am still unhappy with the outcome so far, and had 0 commication since my surgery.
