Transition Fitness Description

Having a keen interest in sports and dance i studied Dance for three years at University, it is here that i spent most of my time in the gym instead of rehearsing for my productions.

I then began to realise i had a passion for health and fitness and i wanted to help people in achieving their goals. I have a vast knowledge of the fitness industry as i have worked at the Nidderdale Pool and Leisure Centre for six years. I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for over a year now helping people to understand and adapt to a healthy lifestyle and diet, I am also there for my clients after any session to help them maintain their new lifestyles and healthy eating plans. I am still gaining experience and knowledge to aid my clients further in the most up to date methods of fitness and classes available.
