Metrolink Ashton service enhancement
From 28 January 2019, services from Ashton will operate every six minutes offering even more frequent services into Manchester city centre and beyond. This change extends the current MediaCityUK to Etihad Campus service to Ashton creating an increased frequency along the entire line.
... The increased tram frequency will help with efforts to reduce congestion on this corridor and offer a boost in capacity to passengers in East Manchester.
