Well what can I say, we visited a sweet shop this morning at Transporterland this place is a amazing and Jason is such a nice bloke welcoming, friendly and can't do enough for you. The vans here are amazing such a professional company and very skilled at what they do. So when we picked up (Eric) our caddy, Jason showed us around and filled us in with the sevices they can offer. This place is wow worth the drive to visit Thanks again Jason ��

We love our new van purchased in June. Jason was great, answered all of our questions and ensured we left with the right van for us. Modification were done within a short timescale and a reasonable price. After sales was also fantastic when we had a few issues last week they fitted us in last minute and honoured the warranty without question. Nice to see a company who care about their customers as much post sales. We will defiantly be using Transporter Land for all the modifications and add ons we plan to have in the future!!

Picked up my new van yesterday from john the guys and couldn't be more happier with the service from start to finish and the way the van came exactly how I wanted it and more. Picked my van up on Saturday, all staff that I met were helpful and polite, the van was ready with everything exactly how I had requested. I mostly dealt with John who was a top bloke, straight talking and helpful. I love my van it's different from the mainstream ones and I would definitely return any buy another from them again. Just purchased a new Transit Custom, and what a pleasure it was dealing with this company. We (MISTY WINDOWS) have been trading in the Forest of Dean for more than four years, and we like to deal with local businesses. We visited transporter land on Wednesday and took delivery two days later. No high pressure sales just good honest sound advice. Highly recommend to anyone or company looking for a great van with great service.

John and the team are great. From the first phone call enquiring about a van to having purchased one, the customer service has been brilliant through out.

Great sales advice. Met John and Alex eye to eye to do the deal. Glad I did as I knew exactly where I stood and they advised on things I wanted and what would cause issues to provide the best fit.

After sales were quiet but again John and Alex helped out to reassure me.

Delivered exactly on time and even better than hoped when the end product was ready.

Wouldn’t hesitate to go back to have another van off them.

My advise when you read all the good and bad reviews is go see them directly. Discuss what you want in your van and then let them do their thing. Their the experts.

It was followed by a few issues which were eventually sorted and gifts were offered as a good will gesture

Not happy over all

Called over to see transporter land earlier this year, spoke to them at great length about the conversion of one of their VW Crafter Jumbo vans to a race car support vehicle. They are pleasant enough to speak to but I never received any email, phone call or any correspondence from them even though I called them back leaving several messages after an initial 2 hour meeting with them to discuss all my requirements. Shocking service indeed. If you can afford to miss out on a 30k deal be polite enough to say so rather than wasting people's time. Irony is I ended up spending 85k on a merc! Your loss TL!

We've had our van a while now, the paintwork they did has all chipped off. Today we had new seats installed and were informed the ones Transporter land has put in were dangerous and we had been uttterkt ripped off. Not the first time someone has commented on how badly we have been ripped off. I don't understand why you guys do this to customers...

Still waiting for you to contact me about putting right all the faults with the body kit and after styling parts you fitted. Would be nice if you would actually sort this like you said you would, I have the emails. It’s been months now and heard nothing from you.....

Shocking customer service very unhelpful and rude

Asked to speak to MD only to be told by the lady on the phone she was the MD but refused to give her name

I called to ask about spare parts should I buy one of there vehicles

They had no interest as I was not buying of them the vehicle I was buying was second hand but originally supplied by them

I've tried over and over to get a price for a front end to be supplied sprayed and fitted. Waited days at a time for an answer, provided photos to give them an idea of what I'm after and they simply haven't bothered their arses to follow it up. I'll gladly now travel further to a company with better customer skills. �

I'm not sure how this company is still in business. After messing us about for 4 weeks over a purchase of a van, we decided to take our deposit back. It's almost like a weird dream because the owner really gave us the impression he couldn't give a damn about fufuling our purchase. So disappointingly we are taking our money elsewhere! If you want good customer care don't go here. If you don't mind being spoken to like something on your shoe then go here! You have been warned...

I went to purchase a transporter from John but the arrogance of this man was a cross in the box straight away. The receptionist and staff always looked down upon you. The atmosphere was hostile. I inspected the van and found that all the areas that they hand painted themselves were pealing and untidy. It wasn't professionally prepared or painted and the van felt like braille. Over spray from paint all over tyres and van. Mechanically the van was fine but the attention to detail inside was 2/10. Unprofessional. Looked like stevie wonder had fitted and stitched everything and there was a horrible foul stagnant smell. A leak coming from somewhere as the footwear was soaking. I originally gave John a deposit beforehand that I did not relieve back.



Fraudster and cowboy at the highest.



Would not trust this man

Bought a van a few years back, had windows put it, lined and rear bench seat and seatbelts. No problems with the van itself but when looking to sell the van it was pointed out that there was no certification issued for the installation of the rear seats!

Have tried calling, no answer or reply to messages. Tried emailing, no joy there either.

If you're going to buy, either insist on certificate or get them fitted by a genuine installer.
