Trapeze need to learn customer service! My husband bought me a pair of Armani jeans for my birthday tried them on perfect but didn't wear them for a few weeks. When I did wear them for the first time put my hands in my pockets to find both pockets with faulty stitching. Went back to the shop with full receipt and tags expecting an apology and exchange to be greeted by extremely rude shop assistant who proceeded to tell me that it wasn't her problem and the item would need to go back to Armani to be examined. Trapeze need to realise that the customer's are what keeps them in business and they are responsible for what they sell as they are are obviously making a lot of profit on each sale.

So a trip to Cheltenham to take back a pair of Boss trousers purchased from The Trapeze shop. The stiching on the pocket on the trousers that were purchased on the 8th April had come apart. Receipt in hand and explained to the man at the till. He looked at the pocket and said "has it been caught on something?" " No " we replied. " Are you sure?" In a very rude manner to say the least ! Did I really hear that ! Said again no. I can honestly say I have never had such rude customer service . Was told that they could not refund and would be sent back to Boss for their opinion. I said I bought them from Trapeze not Boss so please can I have a refund. Was told it was a small family firm so No. I stated my consumer rights. Still No. In the end returned items going back to Boss for a hopeful refund. My advise because of the very rude and poor customer service DO NOT SHOP AT TRAPEZE���
