I've been busy working on this Steam 🚂 burner / bbq recently. Will hopefully will have it all fabricated and cleaned off by the weekend ready for painting next week. All aboard!

Altogether it took about 120 hours to make the Dalek woodburner out of mainly bought new mild steel and stainless steel, in fact the only part I foraged was the the head which was an old air compressor.
... It's modeled on the Dalek's from the late 80s ( the ones that use to terrify me has a kid!) and is made to 2/3 scale. The height of the Dalek's head is 1.4 meters, the height of the flue is 1.7m and the width at the bottom is 70cm (it will just fit through a standard door frame).
The gunstick and manipulator arm are both detachable ( they bolt onto the dalek) as well so they can be used has fire pokers or to scare the neighbours with or whatever you might fancy.
I've also made 3 ash trays that sit at the bottom of the burner to make it a bit easier to clean.
It is also painted in up to 650 Celsius heat resistant paint and was sandblasted prior to painting so will last for a very long time.
I've added a bunch of extra photos here so you can see more of the Dalek as well. I've still got loads of other photos as well so if you want a better look at any part of it, just ask and I will send the other photos over to you.
At the moment the highest offer I've recieved is £1000, will update if it gets higher.
