I'm Cathie, your personal Travel Counsellor and I’m based in West London.
I have been in the travel industry for over 40 years and I became a Travel Counsellor in 2006.
Most of my customers have come from recommendations and from business and social networking.
I have visited hundreds of exciting places in over 70 countries in 5 continents so I can offer you personal recommendations, advice and useful tips for your chosen destination. Most recently I've been to Crete, Dubrovnik, Paphos, Athens, Amsterdam, Peru, Switzerland, St. Lucia and India and my next trip will be to Florida.
If you are planning to go somewhere I haven't experienced yet, I can call on expert advice from one or more of my colleagues round the world. Alternatively I can call on the opinions and experiences of previous clients. In addition I have thousands of useful contacts that I have acquired over the years who are always happy to help.
I can help with any travel enquiry including an overnight stay in the UK or a very complex round the world itinerary. I am independent so can use a wide range of airlines, hotels, packages and small specialist companies. I particularly love the challenge of putting multi-centre bespoke itineraries together myself in all areas of the world.
A simple booking can easily be organised by email, phone or even Facebook or text message. I often do this at very short notice and even when you are en route. For more complicated once in a lifetime trips like a honeymoon, I can arrange a meeting in your own home or somewhere convenient to you - whenever and wherever suits you best.
As a Travel Counsellor, I don't just sell you a flight or a holiday. I offer a complete service, which includes: -
Completing APIS information,
Printing your boarding passes,
Contacting hotels for special requests,
Supplying maps and /or guides to your destination,
Arranging airport parking,
Booking transfers with tried and tested companies,
Arranging excursions in resort,
Advising you on how and where to check-in,
Being available to answer any queries from the time you make an enquiry until after you return home.
