Excellent service - my booking experience was a very smooth experience thanks guys!

Very disappointed! Constantly say they will call back and don't! Was guaranteed My disabled mother in law would have an isle seat and she was booked into a window seat! I called to have this changed and was told she would be moved to one that was available! 3 days later this has not been done and the seats were no longer available! I called to speak to a manager and was again told I would be called back...this did not happen again! I am so annoyed!
