We had a lovely couple of desserts here after a meal in Sutton. Out of all the places I’ve been, these are definitely some of the best we’ve had. You get plenty of ice cream in the sundaes, so much so that I only just managed to finish it off! The staff were all really friendly and made you feel really welcome. We will definitely be coming back when we’re next in town!
Have walked past a few times and looked in but this time I made it through the door! I had a Tropicana Delight sundae and from the Treatz wafer at the top to the mango and kiwi fruit pieces in the bottom it was awesome! So full of flavour and it also smelled amazing. The staff were very polite and attentive too. Highly recommended :D
Had a fantastic visit here on Wednesday 4/7. Visited with my 3 children and cousin who has a guide dog. Initially we decided to takeaway but my cousin found it difficult to manage the ice cream and dog at the same time, so we were seated in accessible seating immediately. The ice cream was fantastic, as was the service we received, the staff and management took great care in ensuring that we were all ok including the dog! The staff gave her two bowls of water and were very friendly about it. Not all food places receive guide dogs particularly well, but I feel that you need commending for your service. Thanks Treatz! We will be back soon!!!
Went there yesterday. The waiter who met us at the door was very pleasant. The decor very nice and the ambience. However the service is slow and the crepe was hard very dry and the cookie dough too sweet. Ice cream not of great quality. But every one was very happy in the shop . Perhaps we are fussy. We won't be back.
