We have a vacancy for a hard working reliable and trustworthy candidate. Duties to include dealing with public food handling and possibly frying and supervising. Experience not essential but must be capable of working under pressure and available for mainly evening shifts as well as some lunch shifts. We are open for lunch. Its very icy so be very careful. I would not advise driving into our car park. Fore street is ok but tregarrick road has not been treated and is thick ice.

Gladly tonights staff all live within 2 mins of the shop so we will be open tonight. Although the liklihood is customers wont be able to get to us so there is a strong chance we will close early tonight.

All of us at Trebonney have been honoured to serve this amazing lady, Lilly for a while now. But last week was probably a once in a lifetime special as she celebrated her 100th birthday. So congratulations to Lilly we hope you enjoyed your complimentary lunch. And we look forward to seeing you again soon. Birthday lunch is on us for ever.

Two new additions to the menu on trial basis. Both for cheese lovers.
1/ "Cheeseos" delicious cheese "o" s with monteray jack and cheddar with red onion and herbs coated in bread crumbs. An ideal starter at only £2.20
2/ "Saucy chips" these are delicious fully loaded cheesy chips. But not grated cheese. Its a rich cheese sauce which is heated and poured over chips creating an amazing full on cheese experience from top to bottom. Totally moreish at £2.75

After a very quiet week it would appear most of Roche decided tonight was chip night so many thanks to all our lovely customers and if you had to wait a few minutes we apologise. Its been very busy tonight. Maybe its x factor and strictly. Whatever it was its been a busy night so many thanks.

Today/tomorrow sees a change of potatoes. Unfortunately its that time of year where we are waiting for summer crop which are late due to cold weather and now lack of rain. But we have found some delicious Alberta which we sampled last week. These should see us into the new crop which we hope to have towards the end of July.

Went in today got haddock and chips x 2 also got cheese burger and chips for our son, it was absolutely fantastic will recommend to my friends and family

Was lovley and well cheap 17 quid for 3 massive meals with drinks. Didnt have to wait long concidering it was cooked to order cheers guys

The best there is

I cannot rate this chippy high enough. The chips are divine....soft and fluffy in the middle yet crispy on the outside. The piece of fish was a whale in disguise. If you want value for money, be it the budget portion or the full portion, then come to Trebonney. I'm not kidding, this place is now #1 in my fish and chip shop takeaway list.
