Halloween is nearly upon us and once again Kelly Heffron is organising a cracking party in support of The Motor Neuron Disease Association. There will be lots going on so don't miss it. To ensure you get in please let the team at reception know you'll be coming This event will be booked on a first come first served basis so that we don't break our fire limit. We will also need to know if you want to order the Bangers, Mash and Onion Gravy (yum yum). This event is free entry but there are some chargeable attractions and a raffle in aid of the charity. See you all on 3rd November. By the way we will be offering Sunday Roast the day after from 1PM, Book Early!!

Well, the Summer of 2018 is officially over. What a summer it has been, probably the hottest ever and certainly the best and busiest we have experienced at Tregoad.
We would like to thank The "Looe, Saves The Day" Team who did a great job organising the fantastic weekend music extravaganza. A great result in the circumstances. We had some famous people staying on park like Paul Young and PP Arnold so we have a few new autographs for the notice board.
To anyone interested i...n coming along to the tavern "open in the winter" meeting on Saturday 6 October please be sure to let reception know. Please also be aware that the the meeting is to discuss the tavern only and not anything else. It is not an AGM.
John and Sue leave us at the end of the coming weekend so I hope you will all come down to wave them off for their six month winter holiday in Spain. They have worked very hard this year and we are all grateful for their efforts.
John will be cooking his last Sunday Roast for a while so come along, book a table and enjoy. We are also running the quiz, bingo and disco on Saturday night
Good Luck, Pete, Tina and the Team

Another cracking weekend and what about the weather! 27 degrees on the park thermometer on Saturday afternoon. Apparently a record for early May. Long may it continue. Not quite a record on the Sunday lunches but none the less 105 were served. We also served quite a few cream teas and lots of beer. Get ready for the next big half term break at the end of May. In the meantime join us this weekend for bingo, quiz and Disco with DJ Dave and Clare. www.tregoadpark.co.uk.

We stayed here last week and it was fab The park is very clean, toilets and showers were spotless and the swimming pool is great. The bar/ restaurant is really good- we had a breakfast here one morning and it was lovely. The kids playground is excellent and we took part in the Easter egg hunt, which the kids loved! We stayed in the camping field and had fantastic views- so peaceful and relaxing. The staff here are fantastic- so helpful and welcoming- would highly recommend.

User

We have a caravan sited at Tregoad park. It is very friendly family park. We are really happy and enjoy the views and love to go most weekend just to relax and meet friends. Would highly recommend

User

WOW!!!! What a fantastic site.

The campsite is lovely and clean. Set in beautiful countryside. Take your costume or trunks as it has a beautiful lovely warm swimming pool (including a baby pool) Also a fantastic jaccuzzi. There is a club house, crazy golf and shop that sells all your basics and more. Very friendly and courteous staff and fantastic rates. Set not far from the lovely village of Looe.

Would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

They will even charge your mobile phone up for a charge of 50p.

Well worth a visit.

User

Stayed here with my partner for looe festival. After quite heavy winds and rain the staff could be seen going above and beyond checking guests and their tents to make sure all secure. Very reassuring to see staff jump starting cars and pulling vans out of mud. The facilities are very clean and warm much needed when back from a wet festival the views are stunning too we definitely will be back

User

Stayed here back in May this year with my mum, fiancé and daughter while down to see family. Loved the cottage we were in, how peaceful and relaxing it felt. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Can't wait to come back again.

User

Nice friendly site. Lovely scenery and lots to do. Good size pool.

User

Lovely staff! Amazing food and great for the kids

User

Loved our stay in Mole cottage, great location and actually enjoyed the fact we couldn't get in Wi-Fi or phone reception as it led to a proper switch off. A good base for getting round the local sites. The cottage had all we needed. The pool also met my families needs and was surprisingly quiet whenever we went. We did try the Tavern one night, however the experience there didn't spoil our view of the overall experience despite not being great.

User

Just spent the bank holiday weekend here and had a great time. We stayed in one of the super new lodges with fantastic views and a hot tub. The park is very rural and quiet with plenty of space for the kids to run around yet close to the beach and Looe. There is a games room with table tennis and air hockey, we had a few games which was fun. We only ate once in the tavern but enjoyed a good, pub grub, style meal at a reasonable price. The kids enjoyed the disco on Saturday evening and all 3 came away with plenty of prizes for dancing and musical chairs, they were really pleased. The swimming pool although busy was one of the main attractions for us as the kids spent most of their onsite time in the water. All in all, a great place, we were particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful nature of the staff in the reception, shop and tavern. We will definitely return & wouldn't hesitate to recommend, the children slept so well!!

User

Just home from a 5 night stay at Tregoad park and we honestly had an amazing time! The park is beautiful, and facilities brilliant. The Tregoad Tavern made the whole place for us. The staff especially were fantastic! Sue, John, Sue, Debbie, Budgie Bev and all of the staff at the pub made us feel soo welcome and comfortable there. They do an amazing job and work so hard to make your time there as fun as possible. We will defiantly be going back next year and look forward to seeing everyone again!

User

Just had a roast here , absolutely amazing . Definitely worth the money , all vegetables are fresh and plenty of meat . Will be quite a regular to the roasts

User

Had a fantastic week here. Great location for exploring Cornwall and excellent accommodation and facilities. Bar staff very pleasant and friendly and good choice of very reasonably priced and well cooked food. Lots of beautiful places to visit in the area. Made some great memories here and hope to visit again in future

User

Fantastic place, clean, tidy, with good choice of activities for kids and adults, lovely location and very friendly staff! Thank you for a great weekend and see you again soon!

User

Brilliant park we loved it, very helpful staff. A good place to watch birds of prey flying above the trees, wildlife everywhere you just have to look for it.

User

Stayed 1 night in a camping pod. Daughter who is 5 really enjoyed everything. Good family entertainment. The food was fairly basic but tasty, prices in pub are really good and service was good. Pool and facilities were clean and handy to have changing room, lockers and showers too. Thank you we will definitely return and stay for longer next time.

User

Lovely and clean with friendly staff. We stayed in a cottage which had everything we needed, including complimentary tea coffee and biscuits! High light for us was the swimming pool and jacuzzi, so lovely to have an early morning swimming each day. WiFi was poor, but gave us as a family time away from Facebook, so not all bad! Also a lovely feature was the opportunity to order fresh hot croissant or Pan Au chocolat for breakfast.

User

Great park. Will definitely recommend it to our friends. Will be making a return visit soon!!!!

User

Lovely welcome & direction to pitch which was a lovely size but I think this was because we were on the end. Ones in the middle seemed smaller. Pool is lovely as is the jacuzzi. Play park fab too. We did go for food at 6pm Saturday 26/05 and had to move tables due to a group of “grown ups” obviously worse for wear and swearing etc which isn’t great to listen to when you have young children. This put us of the kids disco as they were still there and I didn’t feel comfortable around them. The noise on kick out from the tavern at 11pm is also way too much & nobody is around to report this too. After 5pm you can report emergencies only. Those little improvements would make this a much better place to visit
