Overlooking St Austell Bay, the resort is located close to Fowey on the South Coast of Cornwall not far from the famous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan.

With newly refurbished leisure facilities, daily special on our cosy bar or seasonal menu in our beautiful oak panelled restaurant with have something for everyone looking to relax and rejuvinate.

Whatever the time of year, our 12m heated indoor swimming pool, spa bath, cedar clad sauna and steam room beckon. These are all open 7 days a week from 7am until 9pm. Under 16s are welcome to use the pool supervised between 9am and 7pm.

A well-equipped Fitness Suite features cardiovascular equipment and weight machines, with qualified staff on hand to advise.

Trenython Leisure Club is open to non-residents on day passes and through membership.

With the help of natural aromatherapy oils from Temple Spa, our team work in synergy with your skin, body and mind to reveal a more relaxed you. Face, body and finishing treatments suitable for both men and women are on offer.

Open seven days a week from 10am until 6pm, and until later on some evenings, there should be plenty of time to indulge in a treatment.

Day guests to Trenython Spa are welcome to use the spa and leisure facilities, and treatments of over 1 hour include complimentary use of our swimming pool, spa pool, steam room, sauna and fitness suite.
