Just a little reminder that it's our Hog roast and blues night tomorrow. Food starts at 6pm with two veggie options... Fritata and Quiche, both served with salad and coleslaw. Music from Vince Lee & Becca Langsford starting approx 7pm. No booking required, just need to roll up !!

More additions to our extensive range of Cornish Gins. Wrecking coast have added 'Scurvy' a Navy strength to their collection as well as a Gin in support of the air ambulance... Every bottle sold gets £5 to the Air ambulance . These two plus the great gift 5cl sampler of their clotted cream gin have been added to their already popular honey Sloe Gin and 70 cl and 35cl clotted cream Gins. Just to say a huge thank you to all of those who sponsored us to cycle the 100k London to Brighton yesterday, we all had an amazing day and finished in 4 Hours 10 mins all finishing together. It's a good job we have lovely Cornish hills to practice on and managed to #beattheBeaconHill

As some of you may know there is a team of us partaking in the 55 mile London to Brighton Cycle ride this weekend In aid of the British Heart Foundation. We really need your help not only to try and beat those on the electric bikes (that's right the competition is ON) but to try and raise a little bit of money for a very good cause. In our pursuit of being plastic free, we now offer 'Green cow dairy' milk in glass bottles. Full fat, semi skimmed, and skimmed are available and if you bring the empty bottle back to us you'll get 20 pence of the next pint. The Green cow dairy farm and produce their milk in Upton Cross so extremely local and consequently very low food mileage also. So all good for the environment.

We popped in yesterday for a drink and bit of lunch. Lovely little place. Food was good and our tea was served in china cup and saucer. Weather was awful but the the views are superb. Nice friendly staff...we will definitely be back

We had breakfast in this lovely setting this morning. Perfectly cooked with many home made or locally sourced ingredients. I would thoroughly recommend this place!

We came across here by mistake whilst trying to find our way home! So glad we did, the cream tea was the best we've had on Cornwall and will now become our place to visit when on holiday. The steak pasty was amazing too! Will definitely be back next year (shame we live too far away to visit more often!)

Trevallick's is our local farm shop and we often pop up for lunch. The children love to see the pigs and refer to it as 'the animal cafe'! Today Trevallick's provided the food for our sons first birthday and it was truly wonderful. The cakes were a particular hit as were the vegan flap jacks. Thank you so much! You made everything so easy to organise. Big thumbs up from us!

This is one of my favourite places for lunch or afternoon tea. You can't beat the view or the cakes! Always a friendly welcome for both peeps and their dogs. Lovely gifts and goodies to buy as well. Brilliant!

My mum was delivering a parcel today & got me a steak pasty, i have to say its one of the best pasties i have had! Next time i am around i will definitley have to have another!

I visited the Farm Shop this weekend for a Christmas Do, to try one of their Gin Cream Teas. It was delicious! There was an assortment of tasty treats on offer & a selection of four delectable local gins to wet the palate. I will most definitely be returning with some fellow gin/afternoon tea lovers!

I enjoyed a fantastic gin afternoon tea this weekend; 4 local gins and a delicious and generous array of sandwiches and sweet treats. The service was spot on too, highly recommended! Thank you, I will be back!

Great food, lovely friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful cafe and shop selling food, drinks, jams and a most beautiful selection of Arts and crafts. Plus you get to feed the KuneKune pigs and see the call Ducks! Great views too! I'd call it a heavenly place!

Fabulous gin afternoon tea. 4 different Gins, Incredible cakes and scones, meringue was delicious. Would highly recommend giving it a try.

Delicious cream tea & milkshakes! Our boys loved feeding the pigs and watching the sheep roam freely around the fields and pathways! The model railway was also a lovely little surprise! The staff were very friendly.

Awesome Gin Afternoon Tea. Such a friendly place and good value for money. We were served 4 different local gins throughout the course of our afternoon tea. The sandwiches were rustic (chunky) with different fillings followed by a selection of scrummy cakes and scones with jam and clotted cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon and will be going back soon!
