Went in on Saturday to just look at the snakes...and on Sunday was back buying one! I feel you guys have gone above and beyond with helping us choose our first snake, helping us with getting all the set up, letting my son handle one for as long as he wanted whilst you answered all my questions. Plus even better a couple of days later there was me worrying like a first time parent worried id done the set up wrong etc and you were straight on the end of the phone. THANK YOU! Can't recommend you guys enough.

This is the only place I would buy my fish. Their knowledge is second to none, their customer service is the best I’ve ever had in any shop and they care for their fish more than I’ve ever seen. I have bought soooo many fish from here and never had problems or illnesses with any of them. Aaron and his father are just brilliant! Thank you for so many beautiful fish.

Ordered 8 large angels last week doing fine and beautiful angels and really helpful and great Communication will def place another order and use more

No complaints, good selection of fish including large SA cichlids which is rare for this end of the country. Staff are friendly, much better then previous owners
