Great stock of bikes for an independent store, was really surprised! Well worth the 45min car journey, plus there was customer parking round the back of the shop.

Went there yesterday looking for a new bike, what a waste of my time. I park at the back and came in through the back gates which I presume is the mechanic who unlocked for me. As I walked through the shop from one end to the other, then upstairs I had no acknowledgement from any staff. I spend at least 10min to 15min upstairs looking at there road bikes. I had no one come up so decide to leave. As I was walking back through the shop still no acknowledgement from anyone so decide to leave. Never again!

Good quality bikes with well trained staff

Excellent service from the staff from start to finish. Really friendly and helpful, put together a package tailored to suit me based on my needs. Great selection of bikes, I could have easily spent two or three times more than I needed to. The guys really knew their stuff. Took a little longer to get served in here but it was a very busy Saturday so that's understandable. Overall very happy.

As a wheelchair user, i rely heavily on my wheels.
I had trouble getting tyre back on when i got a puncture, and my pump broke!
I went in and they fixed my tyre in 5 mins, when i had been trying for over an hour! They also suggested an excellent pump.

Great shop. I've been going there for years. Very happy with the bikes I've bought there and even happier with the after-care service.
