Triangle Security was established in 1981 by already experienced security professionals to provide security services to the Leisure Industry, starting at Richard Branson and Nick Powell's legendary VENUE in London.
We quickly became the premier company in the field, providing quality staff and by being the first to break the stereotype of the 'bouncer' by introducing a simpler dress code than the then obligatory evening suit and having an approachable, friendly attitude towards the customers, more like hosts than 'enforcers'.
I'm the mid 1980s we started providing security for 'sensitive' and high profile areas of major music and other special events (VIP /Guest Areas, backstage, Sponsors etc. ), becoming the premier, most experienced and recognisable security company in the scene. We have worked at some of the landmark events like THE FLEADH, MADSTOCK, JAMIROQUAI, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE and BBC HACKNEY WEEKEND in London and the PHOENIX FESTIVAL.
We are currently involved with DOWNLOAD, COMMUNITY FESTIVAL, WIRELESS, LATITUDE, V SOUTH & NORTH, READING (since 1989! ), LEEDS, CREAMFIELDS and BBC PROMS IN THE PARK amongst others.
