Tromsø Café E7

In honour of Aunegården, a great little cafe in the city of Tromsø(the Norwegian city we’ve named our cafe after), we’ve made this almond, chocolate and meringue tart with raspberry sauce. It’s almost as good as the original.

Lapskaus! A Norwegian beef and root vegetable stew served with fresh parsley and bread. Perfect for the cold weather.

Blueberry mint fizz and a vegan blueberry pastry sorted me right out after a very hot morning stroll. The coffee was great too, but I’m coming back for the pastries.
